Orders & Tracking
Once your order has been confirmed, you may request an address change or cancellation within one hour, and only during our customer service hours (Tuesday to Friday, 10am–6pm, excluding public holidays in France).
After this time frame, no changes can be made.
Please note that it is not possible to add an item to an order that has already been paid. If needed, simply place a new order.
By completing your purchase, you agree to Beluga Boutique’s Terms & Conditions.
For urgent requests, please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email, and we’ll do our best to help within the one-hour window.
At checkout, enter your code in the field labeled “Discount code or gift card”, then apply it to your order.
If offers are combinable, you may enter multiple codes one after another.
If your code doesn’t work, please double-check the spelling, expiry date, and any conditions (minimum order value, excluded items, or one-time use). If you have any questions or issues contact us via email or chat and we'll help you find a solution.

First, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, log in to "My Account" and look under “Orders” to confirm your purchase appears there.
If you need help, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Also double-check the email address entered at checkout — small typos happen.
Log in to "My Account", then click “Profile” to update your email address and edit your personal details (shipping address, billing details, etc.)
Scroll to the bottom of the page, under the “About Us” section, then click “Newsletter.”
Enter your email address and click “Sign me up!” to confirm your subscription and join the Beluga Club!
All of our emails include a link to unsubscribe from our marketing communications. Just click on the link and follow the instructions.
You can always write to us at the address contact@beluga-boutique.com to modify the status of your subscription, request that we delete your data or inform us of a problem.
Returns & Refunds
Yes. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, returned in their original packaging in good condition, with all original tags attached.
Incomplete, damaged, or soiled items cannot be accepted.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal or request an exchange.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under European consumer protection law.
The easiest way is to notify us through the “Orders” section of your account. You may also contact us at contact@beluga-boutique.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Beluga Boutique cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.
The process is the same as for returns: Notify us via the “Orders” section of your account or by email.
Once your returned item has been received and approved, we will ship your replacement product.
Once the returned items are received and inspected:
- The value of the returned products will be refunded.
- The original standard shipping fees will also be refunded.
In the case of a partial return, the original shipping fees will be reimbursed proportionally based on the weight of the returned items.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

The most important requirement is that items are returned in appropriate packaging and in the same condition as when received.
Yes. When a return is made in accordance with our return policy, the original standard shipping fees are refunded.
In the case of a partial return, the shipping fee refund is adjusted based on the items kept, and reflects the portion of the original shipping fee applicable to the returned items.

Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including for returns from Metropolitan France.

Shipping & Delivery
For mainland France, you can choose between:
- Standard Home Delivery (Colissimo)
- Express Home Delivery
- Pickup Point Delivery
- Free In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
For Europe and international destinations, orders are shipped via Standard Delivery with signature.
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Tuesday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Mainland France
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after shipment
- Express Delivery: next business day for orders placed before 14:00 Bordeaux time
- Click & Collect: ready within 3 business days
Orders placed over the weekend are processed starting Tuesday.
Europe & International
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs procedures. Beluga Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method, package weight, and destination country.
For mainland France:
Pickup point delivery is free on orders of €50 or more
A €5 flat rate applies for pickup point orders under €50
Other delivery methods are calculated based on package weight

Yes. We ship from Bordeaux, France to multiple European and international destinations. The full list of countries is available in our Shipping Policy.
All orders are prepared and shipped from our boutique in Bordeaux, France.
No. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.
Yes. International returns are accepted within the same timeframe as domestic returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs duties or import taxes collected by local authorities are not refunded by Beluga Boutique. For potential reimbursement, please contact your local customs office.
Gift cards
Our digital gift cards are available in €25, €50, €100, €150, and €200.
Simply select the amount before adding it to your cart.
Yes. You can choose instant email delivery or schedule the gift card to be sent on a specific date (perfect for birthdays or special occasions).
A thoughtful gift — delivered exactly when it should be.
Each gift card includes a unique code sent by email.
Enter the code at checkout in the designated field.
Gift cards:
- are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
- can be used online and in-store
- can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted
- cannot be redeemed for cash
Yes. Gift cards can be added to Apple Wallet for easy access and use.
If the code is lost:
- The purchaser can resend the gift card email from their account.
- We can also resend the gift card upon request, using either the recipient’s email address or the purchaser’s email.
Please note: if the code has already been used, it cannot be replaced.
No. Gift cards cannot be purchased using store credit.
If the order was fully paid with a gift card, the returned amount will be reissued as store credit or a new gift card.
If the order was partially paid by credit card and partially by gift card:
- the credit card portion will be refunded to the original payment method
- the gift card portion will be reissued as store credit
Yes! Our digital gift cards can be used worldwide on beluga-boutique.com and in-store in Bordeaux, France.

Secure Payment
Yes. Payments on our website are processed via Shopify Payments using widely recognized security standards (including PCI DSS compliance).
Depending on your bank, you may be asked to complete an additional verification step (such as 3D Secure) to confirm your purchase.
Beluga Boutique never stores your full card details.
Your bank card will be debited as soon as your order is validated.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and local card networks) as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Klarna.
If a payment is declined, the order is not confirmed. We recommend:
- double-checking your card details
- trying another payment method
- contacting your bank (some online transactions may be blocked)
