Orders & tracking
Once your order has been placed, you can request an address change or a cancellation within 1 hour, during our opening hours only — Tuesday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (excluding French public holidays).
After this window, no changes can be made.
👉 Please note: it is not possible to add an item to an order that has already been paid. In that case, simply place a new order.
By confirming your order, you accept Beluga Boutique's Terms of Sale.
For any urgent request, contact us as soon as possible via chat or email.
In the cart, enter your code in the “Discount code or gift card” field, then confirm.
If your offers can be combined, you can enter several codes one after the other.

Customer account
Start by checking your spam/junk folder.
If you still can't find the email, log in to your “My account” area and check whether the order appears under “Orders”.
If needed, contact our customer service team — we'll help you quickly.
Also double-check the email address you used when ordering (a small typo happens fast!).
Log in to your “My account” area and click “Profile” to change your email address and update your personal information.

There are several ways to unsubscribe from our marketing communications.
Go to your profile by clicking the account icon at the top right of any page, then click “Profile”. There you'll find a checkbox under “Marketing preferences” that lets you unsubscribe.
Every email we send also contains an unsubscribe link — just click it and follow the on-screen instructions.
You can also write to us at any time at contact@beluga-boutique.com to change your subscription status, ask us to delete your data, or report an issue.
Returns & refunds
Yes. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, returned in their original packaging in good condition, with all tags intact.
Any item that is incomplete, damaged or soiled cannot be accepted.
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal or request an exchange.
This is in addition to your rights under European consumer protection law.
The easiest way is to submit your request via the “Orders” section of your account, or by email at contact@beluga-boutique.com.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using tracked shipping. Beluga Boutique cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.
The process is the same as for a return: submit your request via “Orders” or by email.
As soon as we receive and approve your return, we will ship the replacement item.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
After we receive and inspect the items:
- The amount of the returned products will be refunded.
- The original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.
For partial returns, the original delivery costs are refunded in proportion to the weight of the returned items.
Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned items.
No, it's not required.
What matters is that the items are returned in suitable packaging, in the same condition as when you received them.
Yes. For returns that meet our conditions, the original standard delivery costs are refunded.
For partial returns, the delivery cost refund is adjusted according to the items you keep, and corresponds to the share of delivery costs applicable to the returned items.

Yes. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including for shipments from mainland France.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to make sure your parcel reaches us safely.
Shipping & delivery times
For mainland France, you can choose between:
- Standard home delivery (Colissimo)
- Express home delivery
- Pickup point delivery — free on orders over €70
- Free in-store pickup (Click & Collect)
For Europe and international destinations, orders are shipped via Standard delivery with signature on delivery.
Orders are usually prepared and shipped the same day, or within 1 business day (Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Mainland France:
- Standard delivery: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch
- Express delivery: next business day for orders placed before 2 p.m.
- Click & Collect: usually ready the same day, and within 3 business days at most!
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number.
Orders placed over the weekend are processed from Tuesday onwards.
Europe and international:
Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch (preparation times are the same as for France).
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Beluga Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Yes, delivery costs depend on the chosen method, parcel weight and destination country.
In mainland France, pickup point delivery is free on orders over €70; below €70, a flat rate of €3.90 applies.
Other delivery methods are priced according to parcel weight.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
You can also track your order from the “Orders” section of your “My account” area.
Yes, we ship from Bordeaux, France to many countries across Europe and worldwide. The full list of destinations is available in our Shipping Policy.
All orders are prepared and shipped from our boutique in Bordeaux, France.
No. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are set by local authorities.
Orders to the United States and the United Kingdom are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Times may vary depending on customs checks.
Yes. Returns from abroad are possible within the same time frame as returns from France. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Any customs duties or local taxes collected by the authorities in the destination country are not refunded by Beluga Boutique. Please contact your local customs authorities for any refund request.
Gift cards
Our gift cards are available in €25, €50, €100, €150 and €200.
Simply select the amount you want before adding it to your cart.
Yes. You can choose immediate delivery by email, or schedule it for the date of your choice (for a birthday, for example).

The gift card works with a unique code received by email.
Simply enter this code at checkout, in the dedicated field.
It is:
- valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
- usable online and in-store
- usable across multiple purchases
- not exchangeable for cash
Yes. The gift card can be added to Apple Wallet so it's always at hand.
If the code is lost:
- The purchaser can resend the email from their customer account.
- We can also resend the gift card on request, using the recipient's or purchaser's email address.
However, if the code has already been used, it cannot be replaced.
No. Gift cards cannot be purchased using store credit.
If the order was paid entirely with a gift card, the returned amount will be re-credited as store credit or a new gift card.
If the order was paid partly by bank card and partly by gift card:
- the portion paid by bank card will be refunded to the original payment method
- the portion paid by gift card will be re-credited as store credit
Yes! Our gift cards are valid worldwide on beluga-boutique.com, as well as in our Bordeaux boutique.

It lets your loved ones choose from our selection of designers and one-of-a-kind pieces.
Secure payment
Yes. Payments on our site are processed through Shopify Payments, with recognized security standards (including PCI DSS compliance).
Depending on your bank, an additional verification step (e.g. 3D Secure) may be requested to confirm your purchase.
Beluga Boutique never stores your card details.
Your card is charged as soon as your order is confirmed.
We accept payment by card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Klarna and many more. See the list at the bottom of the page for details.
If your payment is declined, the order is not confirmed.
We recommend that you:
- check your card details
- try again with a different payment method
- contact your bank (some online transactions may be blocked)
