My orders
Once validated, address changes or order cancellations are possible within one hour during customer service hours (Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding French public holidays). No other modifications can be made. We cannot add items to an order that has already been paid for.
By clicking on "VALIDATE", you unconditionally accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of your beluga store.
When you are in the shopping cart, you must enter the code in the dedicated field "Your discount code", and then click "OK".
You can enter multiple codes in succession when the offers are cumulative.
My account
We invite you, firstly, to check your junk mail and spam folders.
If you cannot find the confirmation email, you can check if the order appears in the "ORDERS" section of your "MY ACCOUNT" area.
Do not hesitate to contact Customer Service if needed.
Log in to the "My Account" section and click on "Profile" to:
• change your email address
• update your personal data
If you do not have an account, go to the bottom of the page to "NEWSLETTER", fill in the "Email" field and click "OK".
Returns and refunds
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, returned in their original, undamaged packaging with their original tags attached. Products returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled will not be accepted.
Upon presentation of proof of purchase, BELUGA BOUTIQUE offers customers a total of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to exchange all or part of their order in-store for an amount equal to or greater than the value of the exchanged product(s). Promotional items cannot be exchanged in-store.

BELUGA BOUTIQUE cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport, except when the customer uses a prepaid shipping label. In other cases, the customer is advised to use a tracked shipping service. In the event of loss or damage during transport, the customer must contact their carrier directly. If the items are not received at the warehouse, BELUGA BOUTIQUE will not be able to process the return.
When an order has been placed using a promotional code offering a discount linked to the simultaneous purchase of a predetermined number of items, returning one or more items may result in the discount being revoked if the required number of items is no longer met. The refund will reflect the fact that the discount is no longer applicable.
Items from promotional sales cannot be exchanged in store

Products on sale cannot be exchanged in store.
Refund
No refunds will be issued in-store. Once the products have been returned to the warehouse and verified by BELUGA BOUTIQUE, the Customer will be refunded according to the chosen payment method, after deduction of the cost of any prepaid shipping label that was charged again, if applicable. The refund will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products by BELUGA BOUTIQUE.
You will receive an initial email confirming your return request, followed by a second email informing you of the receipt of your package at the warehouse.
The processing time is a maximum of 30 days, but we try to process your request within 72 hours of receiving the package at the warehouse (excluding periods of commercial operations).
Are delivery charges refunded following a return?
The delivery charges billed when your order was shipped will only be refunded if you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package and only if you return your entire order.
Not necessarily. Items must be returned in suitable packaging.
You have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days following the date on which you received the products, in order to return the product(s) ordered without having to justify yourself or pay any penalties, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of 25 October 2011 as transposed.
Any order cancellation must be notified by any means, including:
• either by telephone at 06 51 06 49 18 from Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm;
• either by using the standard withdrawal form and sending it to us at contact@beluga-boutique.com or via the contact form on the " Contact " page
In our store, by presenting the email or SMS received, or by giving your name at the checkout. On beluga-boutique.com, by entering the code received by email or SMS in your shopping cart.
In the event of a return, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. We advise you to use a tracked service for your return to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition and on time.
Please note that we do not refund return shipping costs unless the conditions mentioned above apply.

Delivery
For deliveries within mainland France, you can choose between:
- Delivery via standard Colissimo
- Delivery to our store (click & collect)
- Delivery to a collection point with Colissimo
Deliveries within Europe are made via standard international Colissimo.
BELUGA BOUTIQUE cannot be held responsible for any additional delivery delays that may occur and for exceptional procedures put in place by postal services, particularly for the receipt of packages.
Your weekend orders are processed on Tuesday.
For France, Colissimo delivery takes place, after preparation, within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays).
Click & Collect orders are prepared and delivered within 3 business days (Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email when your order has been received at the store. You have 30 days to collect your order, which will be released upon signature after presentation of the email and proof of identity. If you designate someone else to collect your order, that person must present both your ID and their own.
Delivery outside France is handled by Colissimo International. This service guarantees delivery within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the date of dispatch.
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order with a tracking number.
In France, delivery is free to the store.
For all orders of €50 or more, delivery to a collection point is free.
In the order confirmation email, you have a tracking number and a link that redirects you to the carrier's website to locate your package.
You can also track your order directly from the "Orders" section of your "My Account". By clicking on the corresponding order number, you will be taken directly to the carrier's tracking number.
Gift card
E-gift cards sent by BELUGA BOUTIQUE are valid for one year on all products offered on the website www.beluga-boutique.com, using the code provided by email. E-gift cards are valid in-store. E-gift cards cannot be combined with each other or with promotional codes and cannot be exchanged for cash. You can use your e-gift card in multiple installments. All vouchers are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded, even partially, for any reason whatsoever (including theft, loss, damage, or expiration).
If you paid for your order with an e-gift card, the amount of the returned item(s) will be credited to your e-gift card. If you partially paid for your order with an e-gift card, the amount of the returned item(s) will be credited to your bank account, and the remainder to your e-gift card.
The loss or theft of your gift card cannot give rise to any refund, even partial, nor to any replacement of the card.
Payment
Yes, payments on our site are completely secure. We use Shopify Payments, which complies with the PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This ensures that all your payment information is processed securely and protected against unauthorized access.
In addition, Shopify Payments supports 3D Secure technology, an additional security protocol that further protects your online transactions by verifying the cardholder's identity at checkout.
You can therefore shop with complete confidence, knowing that your personal and banking information is protected.
