FAQ - &Klevering Gingerbread Man Hand Painted Glass Christmas Ornament
- Is the ornament hand painted? : Yes, each gingerbread man is hand painted on glass, so small variations from one piece to another are completely normal and part of its charm.
- How big is it? : It measures 6 x 3.5 x 10 cm (about 2.4 x 1.4 x 3.9 in): big enough to spot from across the room, light enough for any branch.
- What does the gingerbread man symbolize at Christmas? : Sweet and smiling, he recalls the spiced cookies families bake together during Advent. On a tree, he adds a warm, nostalgic touch.
- How do I hang this ornament? : It comes with a fine golden hanging thread: simply loop it around a sturdy branch, ideally a little inside the tree to keep it safe from knocks. It also looks lovely hung in a window, from a cabinet knob or on a branch in a vase.
- How do I care for and store a glass ornament? : Dust it with a soft dry cloth, no water or cleaning products. After the holidays, store it in its original box, away from knocks, so it is ready for next winter.
- Is it suitable around small children? : Like any glass ornament, it is fragile, so it is best hung up high, out of reach of little hands and playful pets.
- Does it come in a gift box? : Yes, it comes in the signature &Klevering box, ready to give. No wrapping paper needed, just add a little note.
- Who is &Klevering? : &Klevering is an Amsterdam based design house creating colorful, playful everyday objects with a sense of humor. Each piece is designed to turn an ordinary moment into a small burst of joy.
- Can I find it in store? : Yes, at Beluga Boutique in Bordeaux, France, while stocks last. Seasonal pieces tend to go quickly, so if you fall for one, it is best not to wait too long.
